£40,000 – £50,000 (DOE) | Hybrid Working | Excellent Progression

We’re working with a well-established and growing accountancy practice in Bath that’s looking to appoint an Accounts Senior to join their team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys a varied role, client interaction, and being part of a supportive firm that genuinely invests in its people.

The Role:

• Preparing and reviewing statutory accounts for a varied client portfolio
• Producing management accounts and supporting clients with financial insight
• Reviewing VAT returns and assisting with tax compliance work
• Acting as a key point of contact for clients, handling queries and building relationships
• Supporting and reviewing work completed by junior team members
• Working closely with managers and partners on more complex assignments

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience within a UK accountancy practice
• Strong accounts preparation and review experience
• ACA/ACCA qualified, part-qualified, or QBE
• Confident communicator with a client-focused approach
• Organised and able to manage workloads effectively
