Accounts Manager

We’re working with a well-established, medium-sized accountancy practice in Reading that’s looking to appoint an Accounts Manager as part of their continued growth.

The Role:

• Managing a portfolio of clients, acting as their main point of contact
• Reviewing statutory accounts (FRS 102, 102 1A, 105) and tax returns
• Overseeing and supporting a team of juniors and seniors
• Delegating work, reviewing outputs, and providing mentorship
• Supporting with management accounts and ad-hoc advisory work
• Building strong, long-term client relationships

What we’re looking for:

• ACA/ACCA qualified (or QBE) with strong practice experience
• Previous experience managing or supervising a team
• Confident communicator with a client-focused approach
